Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as 'Shipped', we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.
However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Jack n Jenny (A Product of Team Variance).

The Return process - Online Return/Exchange - You can return or exchange an item online at jacknjenny.in by following the below steps.
- Log in to the 'My Account' section at JACKNJENNY.IN
- Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
- Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.
Need to return - Few points to remember
- Returns/exchange request need to be within 10 days of the delivery of product
- Please fill the returns details for easy processing of refunds
- All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at firstname.lastname@example.org
- In you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
How do you return?
- Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
- Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Refund options for you: The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways: Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
